These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including bookings, tours, and other travel-related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Tourify Uttarakhand: Refers to the travel company providing services related to tourism in Uttarakhand.

  • Client/Customer/You: Refers to the person(s) using our services.

  • Services: Refers to the tours, accommodations, transportation, and other offerings provided by Tourify Uttarakhand.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or authorized agents.

2.2 Payment Terms:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 60 days prior to the tour commencement.

  • Payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or UPI (Unified Payments Interface).or PayPal.

2.3 Confirmation: Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus administrative charges.

  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour: No refund

  • The refund will be processed via bank transfer, and any transaction fees or other applicable expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3.2 Cancellation by Tourify Uttarakhand:

  • In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

4. Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.

  • We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

  • Medical Conditions:

    • Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.

  • Safety:

    • Follow the safety instructions provided by our representatives.

5. Liability

  • Tourify Uttarakhand is not liable for:

    • Delays, accidents, or damages caused by third-party service providers.

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings.

    • Natural calamities or unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Amendments to Terms

  • Tourify reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • The latest version will be available on our website and will supersede any previous versions.
